Robotics becomes a privileged scenario to apply Problem Based Learning, so students integrate knowledge, experiment with technology and develop competencies that prepare them to design, model and apply technological solutions. A STEAM approach that responds to current challenges and empowers creativity to transform society.

This approach enables students to:

Research Projects: forming young people who are critical, autonomous and connected to their environment

At Gimnasio José Joaquín Casas we strengthen the critical thinking and autonomy of our students through Synthesis Projects and Degree Work. These experiences integrate subjects, connect learning with real contexts and prepare young people to research, create and project their ideas with an impact on society.

Synthesis Projects

They allow us to articulate different subjects around the same context.

  • They generate meeting points between the cycles of inquiry and the concepts worked on in class.
  • Favor project-based learning, giving meaning to knowledge in real situations.

In a world that demands innovation and sustainable solutions, school research becomes a key tool to form citizens prepared and committed to the challenges of the present and the future

  • It consists of a basic research monograph that guides the student in study habits, text production and adequate use of consultation resources.
  • It has two lines of research:
    1. Theoretical: in scientific, economic, social, cultural, technical or technological fields.
    2. Reflection and creation: in artistic fields.
